I booked an appointment to change the windshield slot at 12.20pm until I arrived at the shop at 12.15pm (5 minutes earlier) at 4pm I still couldn't see the shadow, because there was no mirror.. very disappointing in terms of timing. We're sorry.. we have to give 1 star.. management out!

Walked in today to get a star chip on my windscreen and missing rubber seal fixed. Felt very welcomed from the beginning. Excellent service by technicians.
